Questions

How much does it cost?

$9.99 for one finished resume, paid once, sales tax included where it applies. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Will it write things about me that aren't true?

No. The coach rephrases and reorders what you give it, and asks you when a stronger line needs a fact it doesn't have. You review every change before you export.

What happens to my resume?

Your resume is always kept private: only you can open it in the app. It goes to an AI only once you have paid, when our AI provider, Anthropic, reads it to draft your improvements. An upload you don't pay for is deleted within a day. Once a paid one is read, what was read from it is kept for a week so you can finish, and a copy of the original file for 14 days from your upload, which only our team opens, to look into a problem with it. We don't use your resume to train AI models, and neither does Anthropic. Details are in the privacy policy.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Ask within 14 days of paying and, if you haven't exported your resume yet, we refund you in full. See the refund policy.

Will application tracking systems read it?

Every layout uses standard section headings and real, selectable text, which is what those systems read.

What do you do with my email?

We use it to sign you in and to write to you about your purchase, and for nothing else. We never sell it.
