Refund policy

If InterviewSoon isn't for you, we refund your payment in full when you ask within 14 days of paying and no export of your resume has been downloaded. Printing or saving it as a PDF, or downloading the HTML or plain-text file, counts as an export.

How to ask

Write to support@interviewsoon.com from the email address of your account. No reason needed. Your purchase is sold through Link, Stripe's checkout: the refund goes back to the payment method you used, Link emails you a confirmation, and it usually shows within 5 to 10 business days. You can also ask Link support about your order.

After an export

Once your resume has been exported, the payment is not refundable, except where the law says otherwise. If something didn't work, write to us anyway and we will make it right.
