InterviewSoon is run by SQUAD33 LLC, a Colorado (USA) limited liability company, 1849 Cherry Street, Unit 15, Louisville, CO 80027. This page says what we keep about you, for how long, and who helps us run the service. Questions go to support@interviewsoon.com.
Your resume
- When you drop your resume on the home page, we keep it privately on our server for an hour while you create your account. If you don't, it is deleted.
- Once your account has it, we keep it until your purchase completes or you discard it. An upload that is not paid for is deleted after a day.
- Nothing of it goes to an AI before you pay. After you pay, our AI provider, Anthropic, reads it once to draft your improvements; the file is then deleted, and what was read from it is kept for a week so you can finish.
- The draft you edit is kept on our server under your account, so you can come back to it from its link, and deleted a week after you last change it. Only your account can open it.
- We do not use your resume to train AI models, and neither does Anthropic.
Your account and payment
- Clerk runs sign-up and sign-in for us and stores your email address and, if you use it, your Google sign-in.
- Stripe takes your payment, through Link, its checkout, which sells the purchase as merchant of record. We never see your card number; we keep only whether and when you paid, and the amount.
Analytics
PostHog counts page views and the steps to a finished resume: creating an account, starting a checkout, the payment going through, your resume being read and drafted, and downloading its PDF, so we can tell what works. It records no sessions, and no step carries your resume, its file name, anything you type or your email.
Google Analytics also counts page views, how far you scroll and clicks on links that leave the site, on our public pages only: never on sign-up, sign-in or the app, so it gets nothing of your resume, account or payment. It records nothing you type, and we have turned off Google signals and ad personalization.
We turn both off when your browser sends Do Not Track.
Cookies and storage
We use a cookie that ties a dropped resume to your browser for an hour, the cookies Clerk needs to keep you signed in, and PostHog's identifier in your browser's storage. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (_ga and _ga_<id>) to tell visits apart. None is used for advertising.
Your choices
You can discard an unpaid upload at any time from the app. To see or delete what we hold about you, write to support@interviewsoon.com and we will answer within 30 days.
To stop analytics, turn on Do Not Track in your browser, or use Google's opt-out add-on for Google Analytics alone.
