Partner agreement

This agreement is between you, the affiliate, and SQUAD33 LLC, a Colorado (USA) limited liability company, 1849 Cherry Street, Unit 15, Louisville, CO 80027, which runs InterviewSoon. You accept it when you create your affiliate account, and it applies from then on alongside the terms of service, which cover using the product and buying a resume.

The program

• You create audience codes of your own naming. Each gives the customer who uses it 10% off their purchase.
• For every eligible purchase made with one of your codes, you earn a commission of 25% of the amount the customer actually paid after the discount, excluding sales tax and excluding any amount refunded.
• An eligible purchase is a paid purchase on InterviewSoon made with one of your audience codes, including purchases you make yourself.
• Your account comes with one free trial code, for one free purchase, so you can try the product. A purchase made with it earns no commission.
• Commission comes from purchases only: no commission is earned for clicks, visits, sign-ups or anything else.
• If a purchase is refunded in part or in full, the commission on it is reduced in the same proportion; a fully refunded purchase earns nothing.

Your codes

• A code's name must not be in use anywhere on InterviewSoon; we tell you when a name is taken.
• A code's name must not impersonate InterviewSoon, another person or brand, or mislead the people who use it. We may disable a code that does, or that is used against this agreement.
• Codes are for sharing with your audience. Do not post them to coupon sites or sell them.

How you promote

• Describe InterviewSoon honestly, and do not promise results it does not promise: it helps with a resume, it does not guarantee interviews or jobs.
• Tell your audience that you earn a commission on purchases made with your codes, wherever the law or the platform requires it.
• No spam, no unsolicited messages, and no advertising that uses the InterviewSoon name as its target.

Your records and payment

Your dashboard shows each of your codes, the purchases made with it and the commission earned, after refunds. These records are ours and are the basis of what you are owed. How and when commission is paid, including any method, schedule or minimum, is not part of this agreement: we agree it with you in writing before any payment is made.

Your account

Your affiliate account is attached to your InterviewSoon account and is yours alone. Either of us may end this agreement at any time by telling the other: your codes then stop giving a discount and earning commission, and the commission already recorded stays recorded.

Changes

If we change this agreement, we publish the new version here with its date and tell affiliates. Purchases made before the change follow the version in force when they were made.

Liability and law

The program is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you under this agreement is limited to the commission recorded in your dashboard. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
